Due to the nature of pediatric testing, we kindly ask that parents refrain from having other children accompany them when bringing in a child for testing. Please do keep this in mind when you are scheduling a pediatric hearing evaluation.
As a courtesy, Advanced Hearing & Balance Center will gladly file all insurance claims. It is however, the responsibility of the patient to obtain authorizations and referrals as required by their insurance company and employer.
Dr. Linert is a graduate of Ithaca College and the Arizona School of Health Sciences with over two decades of practical experience and joined Advanced Hearing Care in 1998, which he later renamed Advanced Hearing & Balance Center in 2002 to more accurately represent the expanded offering of hearing and vestibular health related services. He resides on St. Simons Island with his wife, two teenage daughters and rescue pup Bosley.

If you are a new patient, please have all the necessary forms below completed before your upcoming appointment. You will need to bring a picture ID and your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment and all co-payments or co-insurance fees are due at the time of service.
Please note, any prior unpaid balances will be due before being seen by the hearing doctor.
Please verify with your insurance company that we are in your network before your appointment. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider; therefore, we do not guarantee that we are participating in your network.
We ask that you arrive twenty (20) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to review and make sure that we have all of your paperwork completed.
Please do not bring any children, other than the patient, to the scheduled appointment so that we may give that person our full attention.
Each patient’s time is valuable and we strive to keep our schedule running on time. Due to this, we will reschedule your appointment if you are over fifteen (15) minutes late.
